Responsibilities
Oversees many aspects of traditional student-athlete development, while overseeing BYU’s Built4Life program and name, image and likeness (NIL) efforts. Built4Life is a wholistic career development program for BYU student-athletes that will prepare them for life beyond BYU Athletics and help them capitalize on NIL opportunities to monetize their personal brands.

- Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming, 2012

- Worked as Director of Compliance at BYU
- Worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at Charles R. Drew University in Los Angeles, CA
- Served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance & Operations at Brigham Young University-Hawaii
- Interned as an NCAA Compliance Assistant at the University of Wyoming

- Lives in Provo with this wife Ciara (Shrum), two daughters and one son
