OUTSIDE Made his pro debut for Sportiva Italiano at age 19 in Primera B, the second division of Argentine Football. Veron made 62 appearances across all competitions for Italiano before moving to San Lorenzo in the top division in 2012. In 2013, he was a part of the San Lorenzo squad that placed first in the Primera Division’s Torneo Inicial. Won the 2014 Copa Libertadores championship Verón appeared in both the semifinal and final legs of the competition. Verón then appeared in the FIFA Club World Cup in 2014 and played in two games, including an appearance against Real Madrid.
