Gina focuses her practice on general liability and product liability matters. She has handled personal injury claims relating to construction site accidents, construction litigation, construction defect claims; premises liability claims; insurance matters, commercial litigation matters; municipal law; and claims involving OSHA violations and FLSA. She has also defended national retailers and property owners and assisted companies in obtaining M/WBE certification.

Gina is OSHA 10 certified. This training gives her a unique perspective in defending claims alleging violations of the New York State Labor Law.

In addition to litigation, she has experience reviewing and interpreting insurance policies with respect to risk transfer and issues involving indemnification and additional insured status.

Gina is admitted to practice in New York State and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
