Our ‎shipping labels are purchased through Etsy, so the shipping addresses used are the ones located in your user profile.

If the wrong address was given and we haven’t shipped your order yet, please contact us as soon as possible so we can create a new label for your order.

If your package has already shipped, there are 2 options:

1) You can place a new order, which we will then ship to the new address, and when the original arrives back to us we will give a refund of the item price (minus shipping, because we still had to pay for the initial postage).

2) We can wait for the original package to be returned to us, and then re-ship it to the correct address, with the buyer paying for the new shipping label.
