The concierge is super accommodating and the neighborhood is extremely safe. There’s also a cafe that is due to open soon right in our building, and the hallways are kept clean. Occasionally, trash builds up and are not removed for several days in the parking garage and in trash disposal rooms, mainly because someone leaves the trash shoot open and our trash shoot becomes locked, resulting in people just leaving their trash bags in the trash room. But if you call the office, they are quick to remove them. The only con is that there is construction outside that is extremely loud during random times of the day, and it takes several weeks to have maintenance fix a broken appliance. My washing machine broke and when I submitted an online request, it was fixed within about 2.5 weeks. Otherwise, it is a stress-free well-maintained luxury apartment.
