Kim Rae Won

Kim Rae Won is a South Korean actor who was born on March 19, 1981, in Gangneung, Gangwon Province, South Korea. He originally hoped to become a professional basketball player but suffered a career-ending injury while still at school. He went on to study Theater and Film at Chung-Ang University, following up with his acting debut in the 1997 drama series “Me.” He then went on to appear in the drama “School 2” (1999) and the movie “Plum Blossom” (2000) and the comedy-drama “My Love Patzzi” (2002). He also scored hits with the likes of “Insadong Scandal” in 2009. More recently, he played a starring role in the 2021 drama series “L.U.C.A.: THE BEGINNING.”
