Friendly, systematic, dependable, on top of the details…those are just some of the qualities we love about Julia. We have used Julia as the escrow coordinator on the majority of our transactions (all those that we are able to have influence on) for the past several years.

It is easy to be happy with someone when everything is falling into place, but when a transaction or clients are challenging, those you work with really matters. Every time Julia steps up and takes action. We had a short sale transaction where time was critical. Other parties in the transaction did not follow through in a timely manner. It basically was dumped on Julia to get everything done in the short time frame.
