Julia Montes admits having a comfortable relationship with Coco Martin this time – LionhearTV
Julia Montes admitted that she is having a comfortable relationship with Coco Martin this time.
The Kapamilya actress recently trended after being announced as the new leading lady of Coco in the FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano series by Dreamscape Entertainment.
Viewers are now wondering if her role would be an antagonist or a protagonist. Though, Julia said either of the roles is okay with her.
She said in an exclusive interview on Monday, “Both okay ako. Yun nga po masarap pumasok sa show na ito kasi yung challenge and journey ng character mo hindi basta-basta.”
Now that Julia is spending more time with Coco, she said she got to know him better and became comfortable with him.
“Sabi nga nila mas makikilala mo yung tao kapag nakakasama mo siya everyday. Hindi yung after work tapos na. Ngayon kasi dahil everyday magkasama kayo mas nakilala ko yung totoong Rodel” she said referring to Coco’s original name.
Back when they were teenagers, Coco revealed that he already started wooing Julia before they entered the world of showbiz.
Julia then shared that she took a liking to him since then.
“Yung mga misconceptions na akala niya ayaw ko sa kanya siyempre yun napag-usapan din naman. Pero na-proved ko naman na okay ako sa kanya” Julia laughingly said.
Julia and Coco’s on-screen tandem was first seen in the 2012 drama series Walang Hanggan and was followed in the movie A Moment in Time.
On March 2021, the rumored couple was spotted leaving Caticlan Airport together after photos and videos of the two stars surfaced on social media. It was also reported that they arrived together in Boracay island.
Julia and Coco have long been rumored to be in a relationship, although they have neither confirmed nor denied the issue.
In 2019, some reports alleged that Julia hid herself in Germany because she is secretly pregnant with Coco’s child.
The speculations started when Julia did not appear in many Kapamilya events, including the ABS-CBN Ball, ABS-CBN Christmas Special, and a special screening of the advocacy film she starred in.
This issue, however, was dismissed by her manager, Erickson Raymundo.
