Ethan Kelly (ケリー イーサン, Kerii Iisan?) is a Pro-Hero, operating under the name of the Easter Bunny (兎の歓(イアスター バニー), Usagi no Kan?, lit. “Rabbit of Joy”). He is member of the esteemed Hero Agency known as HOLIDAY, and despite his age, has become a rather respected member amongst the agency.

Leg Day (凄く強い下脚(レグ デー), Sugoku Tsuyoi Kakyaku?, lit. “Immensely Powerful Lower Limbs”) is an Emitter-Class Quirk that quite simply grants Ethan immensely powerful legs. They allow him to jump great heights and distances, great speed, and break through many materials with the sheer strength granted to his legs from his Quirk.

Ethan can, on average, jump 927 inches into the air from a standing position, which is around 57 feet off the ground. This is incredibly high, especially when one realizes that Ethan can also make himself land back on the ground faster, by moving around his center of gravity while at the apex of his jump. Ethan can also cover great amounts of speed in a short amount of time. Ethan can cover 200 meters in around 3.21 seconds, making his speed an outstanding 62.31 meters a second. In terms of leg strength, Ethan can press 10860 pounds. This strength lets him break through many, many objects with ease. However, over his career he had determined that the most powerful feat is the force he can have his legs exert with a single kick; an immensely high amount of force of 1.5 million newtons.

However, there are a few weaknesses to this Quirk. For one, they may have increased leg strength and durability, but they are still legs. As such, Ethan can develop leg cramps, making it immensely painful for him to continue in combat. In addition to this, Ethan’s legs are much more fragile when his Quirk is not active. As such, Ethan walks with a cane when his Quirk is not active.
