Tania graduated from the University of NSW in 2004 with 1st class honours in medicine before doing 2 years as an intern and resident at Concord Repatriation Hospital. She has worked in many locations including Broken Hill Base Hospital, Canterbury and Campbelltown Hospital as well as Sydney Children’s Hospital where she did her Diploma of Paediatrics. She completed her fellowship exam in General Practice in 2009 and has been exposed to a lot of variety working in Five Dock, Newtown and most recently the Aboriginal Medical Service and Murundhu Dharaa (Aboriginal Womens and Childrens clinic) in Orange. She is excited to be working locally in the St George community where she lives and attends church, and loves spending time with her husband and young children. She enjoys all areas of general practice but has a special interest in women’s and children’s health, preventative medicine and psychiatry.
