Dianka Curtis

Dianka Curtis is the Director of Finance and Human Resources for the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University.  Prior to the Carter School, Dianka worked for Virginia Tech’s National Capital Region Operations office as Associate Director for Business Management, where she was responsible for financial management, human resource oversight, and regional diversity and inclusion efforts. In addition to higher education, her work experience included positions at Bloomberg BNA, the Virginia Tech Advanced Research Institute, and Children’s National Hospital.

Dianka earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Howard University. In addition, she holds an MBA and graduate certificate in human resource management from University of Maryland Global Campus, and a professional in human resources certification (PHR).

A native Washingtonian, Dianka loves exploring restaurants in her ever-changing hometown and spending time with her husband and daughter.
