Cleveland Cavalier Kevin Love Rents Out Modern Hamptons Beach House

Cleveland Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love may have been born in California, and he may play for an Ohio team, but the NBA star is a die-hard New Yorker. When Architectural Digest toured the Tribeca pad he and his fiancée, model Kate Bock, share in 2020, Love gushed about his love for the city. “When I was 18 years old, I had written down in a notebook that I wanted to own an apartment and live in New York by the time I was 30,” Love told the magazine. “And yeah, I closed on and received the key to this apartment three months before my 30th birthday.”

Whether it’s because they’re hoping to stay in the city proper all summer long, or because they have other major travel plans, Love and Bock have successfully found a renter for their Hamptons property according to the New York Post. The couple is reportedly earning $240,000 for the June and July rental of the one-acre property in Amagansett. The modern, wood-slathered home, which contains seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms across 6,100 square feet of space, was designed by Adam Jordan Architecture and built in 2018.

The property is ultra luxurious, with a saltwater pool in the backyard and a spa-like primary bathroom, and super tranquil thanks to the limited range of materials employed. Just as their industrial-leaning Tribeca apartment reflects its city, their Hamptons spot is perfectly suited for modern life in the beach town. Along with the two New York state properties, Love and Bock also own a Cleveland, Ohio home.
