Christopher Milito | Morrison Cohen LLP

Christopher is a Partner in Morrison Cohen’s Business Litigation Department.  He concentrates his practice on real estate and commercial contract disputes.  Christopher has tried cases before New York and U.S. federal courts and arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association.

Christopher joined Morrison Cohen in 2011. He began his career at the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where he spent five years investigating and trying felony organized crime cases. After leaving public service, Christopher litigated complex product liability cases on behalf of pharmaceutical and energy companies, handling multi-district litigations in federal court and consolidated actions in state court. More recently, Christopher’s practice has focused on real estate and development matters, with an emphasis on achieving a trial-ready posture and trying cases to verdict.
