RETURN POLICY
WE OFFER ONLINE SIZE EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange your item for another size, please email [email protected] with the following information:
All size exchanges are to be sent via AusPost including an additional pre-paid satchel inside the parcel for us to send the exchanged garments back to you. The Snake Hole is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.
Size exchanges will only be accepted if contact is made within 7 business days after receiving your order. Exchanges will not be accepted unless contact is made prior to shipping garments to us. We do not offer exchanges on sale items. We do not offer refunds if garments are incorrect size, we offer exchange or store credit only.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
A refund may only be made on a product if a manufacturing fault is present.
Should there be a fault with the garment, notification to The Snake Hole must be made within 5 business days after the purchase date for a refund to be applicable. When items are returned, they must be in brand new original condition, un-worn, with all swingtags attached. Returns must be sent back within 10 days after contacting The Snake Hole.
If a return is sent to The Snake Hole prior to contacting us, the return will not be accepted. Contact must be made via email to [email protected] before any returns are sent.
