Store Credit – Full Value
Please complete returns form on the reverse side of your invoice or use our online returns portal.
Once the return has been received your gift card will be emailed to you. The gift card can be used online or instore.
Refund – Minus $9 Handling Fee
Please complete returns form on the reverse side of your invoice or use our online returns portal.
Once the return has been received your refund will processed minus the $9 handling fee. Please allow 3-5 business for all refunds to come back into your account.
Exchange
Please complete returns form on the reverse side of your invoice or use our online returns portal.
Please note no exchange requests are held, if your exchange request is not available our team will issue you with a gift card.
Things to remember
Christmas present? Any purchase made on or after 1st November 2021 has an extended return period to January 17th 2022.
As stated in the terms and conditions of your purchase, Bronze Snake offers exchanges of size/colour/style or full value store credits or a refund minus a $9 handling fee.
All returns must be received within 30 days.
Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
Parcels lost on transit to BRONZE SNAKE are the responsibility of the customer, please keep note of your parcels tracking number.
We cannot process any returns or exchanges without the original receipt.
Australian/NZ Customers are required to cover any postage to send the return back, though we will send out your new item/credit free of charge. Any additional exchanges will occur a $10 handling fee.
International Customers are required to cover any postage to send the return back, we will send out your new exchanged item for $10AUD.
All Sale item purchases are final.
When returning or exchanging an item it must be in the original unworn condition with all tags and packaging.
It must not smell of perfume/deodorant or washing powder so please take due care when trying on your order.
If you feel your item is faulty, we will forward the item onto the manufacturer for assessment before replacing the item.
This may take up to 14 days.
