Linh Lê

Linh Lê is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Transformation Services in the consumer, retail and digital groups in Paris. She specializes in top-line performance growth, client experience, product and services offer management. Mrs. Lê has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, consumer and health.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mrs. Lê has been involved in commercial and marketing positioning and offer strategy for several retail clients (Auchan/Carrefour/Casino), mainly in non-food sectors and has driven large marketing and commercial client teams in building unique selling propositions and assortment structures.

Mrs. Lê’s notable assignments include serving as Offer Marketing Director in furniture and home decor retail with Conforama, where she improved commercial performance, leveraging on offer (category management/assortment strategy), value proposition and transversal management (cross-business unit/cross-functions); achieved a 10% to 25% sales increase in the most successful markets; and coordinated teams of over 50 people to create and deliver user-centric commercial offers, opening new market opportunities.

Prior to joining A&M, Mrs. Lê served as Senior Advisor to several e-commerce and retail small and medium enterprise owners during equity transactions and business model transformations (offer/distribution) as well as assisted Chief Executive Officers in managing change and on-boarding key talents. Additionally, she has been involved in several projects in the health sector, including building and planning the five-year strategy implementation roadmap with the executive committee (MSD); working on a service innovation project for cancer patients, collaborating with service designers, general practitioners and caregivers (pathological and therapeutic journeys/pluridisciplinary workshops); and building an app to help cancer patients and caregivers navigate emotional and relational difficulties throughout the pathological and therapeutic journey.

Previously, Mrs. Lê served as a consultant with Mars & Co and Kearney in Paris, where she specialized in corporate and revenue growth strategy.

Mrs. Lê earned an MBA from Essec Business School, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Paris 8 University and a certificate in history of art from Ecole Boulle. A French national, she is fluent in French and English.
