His recent work has included Board and C-suite work to mobilize leadership and culture movements to transform an oil major and leading bank to a more sustainable future.
Khoi is author of Superteams, the Amazon No.1 Bestseller, based on his work and research with teams including special forces SAS, Ferrari Formula One, the Rolling Stones, British Red Cross Emergency Relief, Pixar, Northern Ireland Peace Process and European Ryder Cup.
Khoi serves as ambassador for the British Red Cross, founding member of the Corporate Ambassador Board, lead adviser for a Food and Ag Tech Venture Capital firm, Life Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce), advisor to the founder and Board Member of the Jamie Oliver Group and trustee for Race Against Dementia.
Previously Khoi led and sold several advisory firms. He was a Global Account Manager at Monitor, Professor Michael Porter’s strategy consulting firm, European Head of Digital Strategy Services for Razorfish and had various roles at Shell including Regional Advisor Asia Pacific to the Committee of Managing Directors.
Khoi is a recognized thought leader and has been featured and contributed as a leadership teamwork and culture change specialist on CNN, Bloomberg, Management Today, Business Life, the BBC, the Financial Times and has taught at various business schools.
