Brian Buron’s practice emphasizes construction litigation, transportation accidents, insurance and general tort litigation. Obtained a defense verdict in matter involving municipal transit bus involved in a multiple vehicle accident with a high-value injury in which all other parties contended the transit bus driver was the at-fault party.
Obtained a defense verdict in a matter involving a municipal transit bus that was involved in a traffic accident where both vehicles were turning into the same space and asserted the right of way.
Successfully represented an entertainment company in making a claim for inverse condemnation and proceeding through the liability phase of a multiple party bench trial against a government entity that caused a building to be destroyed by fire.
Obtained summary judgment on a claim based upon a statute of limitations defense, which was then later upheld on appeal.
Obtained dismissal of a product handler/packager based on a lack of jurisdiction argument.
