4. Put in a pinch of baking soda if you like.

5. Wash your shoes on the longest spin cycle available so that all the soap is removed.

6. Remove them from the bag and let them air dry in a place where they will not be stepped on or sat on.

That’s it! Your running shoes are ready to wear once they are dried out. You can stuff them with newspaper or cloths to dry them faster if you want. But do not put your shoes in the dryer because it will melt the rubber on the bottom.
