With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, Kevin Martin serves CohnReznick’s not-for-profit, affordable housing, commercial real estate, and commercial client industries. With expertise in community development, business strategy and negotiation, and performance measurement, he is a frequent and dynamic speaker on industry and best practices subject matters. Kevin is the Office Managing Partner of the Braintree, Danvers, and Fall River offices.

Kevin’s work focuses on smart city strategies, including supporting programs and initiatives designed to create more sustainable communities. He has significant experience in the complex area of tax credit monetization and is well-known in the Boston area for his philanthropic efforts and giving back to his community.
