Kori Ellis is a proud co-owner of Lil Mama’s. You’ll regularly see her smiling face behind our counter, and behind the scenes she focuses on operations and the financial matters of the business. After 17 years in education and another 4 years running a tech company, Kori is excited for this new adventure in hospitality. While she holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and has had a successful career thus far, she is most proud of her family. Kori and Michael have been married for over 30 years, have 2 married daughters, and 2 beautiful granddaughters. Kori loves to read, hike, and bake homemade cookies.
