Giới thiệu

GS. Nguyễn Đức Chiến giảng dạy tại Bộ môn Vật liệu điện tử, Viện Vật lý kỹ thuật, Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội. Ông nhận học vị Tiến sỹ ngành Vi điện tử tại Viện ĐH Bách khoa Quốc gia Grenoble (CH Pháp) năm 1988. Các hướng nghiên cứu chủ yếu hiện nay bao gồm: Vật liệu và linh kiện bán dẫn; Cảm biến khí và cảm biến sinh học trên cơ sở vật liệu có cấu trúc nano; Vật liệu và công nghệ nano quang tử, quang điện tử. GS. Nguyễn Đức Chiến đã công bố trên 100 bài báo trong các tạp chí, hội nghị quốc tế và trong nước. GS. Nguyễn Đức Chiến hiện là Chủ tịch Hội Khoa học Vật liệu Việt Nam (V-MRS), Phó Chủ tịch Hội Vật lý Việt Nam (VPS).
